Extra Rewards For Every Trade

Live Account clients are entitled to 10 Rewards points for every 0.1 lot of closed transactions, with points awarded in multiples thereof.

Rewards points are accumulated across all of a client’s Live Accounts in the Client Area.

DIDIMAX reserves the right to verify reward redemption requests made by clients via telephone and email.

Reward redemption may take up to 35 (thirty-five) business days, depending on the ordering and delivery schedule.

DIDIMAX may cancel a Rewards points redemption if the selected reward is out of stock. In the event of cancellation, the redeemed Rewards points will be returned to the respective client’s Rewards balance.

In the event of a transaction cancellation and/or suspected fraud by a client, DIDIMAX reserves the right to deduct Rewards points unilaterally, with notification to the client by email.

DIDIMAX will bear the withholding tax on direct rewards, calculated using progressive tax rates based on the value of the reward. If a greater tax liability arises from combining the client’s income when filing their annual personal income tax return under applicable tax regulations, the client is fully responsible for the resulting tax difference.

Rewards points are valid for 1 (one) year from the transaction date. After this period, Rewards points expire and can no longer be redeemed for gifts.

DIDIMAX may, at any time, change, remove, and/or add reward options, the number of points required for each reward, and the terms and conditions of Rewards points redemption.
